I have heard sandblasting can warp sheet metal.  Will the Dustless Blasting system warp metal?

Warping occurs when the metal heats up due to friction from use of a dry abrasive.  The Dustless Blaster will not cause warping because friction and heat are reduced by adding water to the equation.  The temperature of the metal being blasted is usually reduced by 10 degrees from the ambient temperature.  

Will Dustless Sandblasting hurt the environment?

We only use sandblasting abrasives that are non-toxic, environmentally friends and do not contain chemicals or chemical byproducts and we minimize media and water to reduce both consumption and waste.

Is performing the dustless sandblasting at my site going to create a mess to clean up?

Clean up is minimal when using dustless sandblasting.  If residual is left,  you can always count on Britey's Blasting to clean up any material leftover.

What kind of abrasive medias are used?

Our favorite media is recycled glass because it's clean, inexpensive and good for a wide range of projects.  Best of all, it is eco-friendly.  Check out our media types page!

How much does it cost?
